Any player is allowed TWO villains in the Anti-Spandex Corps. When one or more of your villains attains the rank of Master Villain (or greater), then you are allowed a total of THREE villains in the Anti-Spandex Corps.

This rule is enforced to encourage a large number of players to join the group, as opposed to a large number of alts of a small group of players.
