The Soviet Russian experiments into the generation of minature black holes under "laboratory conditions" were not a complete success. Colonel Yuri Blastin, commander of the Novosibursk Nuclear Testing Facility, was sucked into an uncontrolled micro-rift, being put under uncontrolled cosmic forces which compressed him down to his currently diminutive state!

Years after the initial experiment Yuri popped back into existance mere kilometers from the point of his original disappearance. Unfortunately, this displacement was straight up in the air and it was with some consternation that Yuri had at last left the timeless void to see the Motherland, that he had once served with such distinction, accelerating mercilessly toward him! Whether he had been "away" for mere seconds or long eons (who can measure time within a black hole?), he knew in that moment his end was nigh. Just as he closed his eyes to brace for the fatal impact, he found himself instantaneously standing atop the ruins of the facility that he had once commanded, wondering why he was not dead, but mostly why the ruins were bigger than the original buildings (well, it took him some time to realise that he has been transmogrified into a stunted version of his once proud self). On attempting to contact the authorities, he found that not only his facility but the whole Soviet system had collapsed in his absense!

After wandering the continent in desperation (well, teleportation is not too hard on the shoe-leather), Yuri eventually fell in with another disgruntled individual, the amoral Jonny Sausage, and together they planned to take over the world; the rest is history! However, just as their group of villainous minions began to feel true power, Yuri felt once again the inescapable gravitational pull of the black hole and was lost once more from the dimension of men, as if he had never been back from the very edge of time and space! Yuri's legacy, and the only record of his existance, was the Anti-Spandex Corps that he had built with sweat and blood (but mostly sweat).

Almost as he left the memory of villains in the Rogue Isles, there was suddenly a dishevelled Soviet standing, upside-down, on the ceiling of the computer centre in the Anti-Spandex Corps's secret base! "I hoping you not drinking all my vodka while I being away...I building up a hell of a thirst, my comrade-villains!"

[Yes, I'm back from beyond, at least for a month to say re-hi to a lot of old friends and see if CoH&V has improved with time (and see if issue #8, now, and issue #9, soon, have improved or demolished the game!). Hope to see you all soon in-game; Invite me back to the ASC soon or I'll have to start "Evil Geniuses for a Soviet Tomorrow" in order to crush you ungrateful worms! Hehe! (And no, I don't expect, or want, to lead the villain group again; it is your guild now, but I'd rather not have to sleep on the streets of the Rogue Isles without a group!)]

Welcome back Kamerad Blastin. I shall prepare for your return as soon as possible (or if Janet might be ahead of me).
Again, it's good to see you back, if only for a short while. You might notice a few changes in base (the squid has been replaced by a proud eagle or similar bird-thingie).

Well, when I fell back out of the black hole, my global friends list was lost and my global name is now @Yuri Blastin (It was @Archibald Chambers). It seems I am still on other peoples' lists though so you'll see me even if I can't see you.
