Evil Janet et alOk, some of you know me already (at least one of you has MET me!  ) but I'll set the ball rolling.
My name is Travis Smith (prefer Trav), male (thought was obvious but since it's not that common a name...) and 38. Married to Mandy, with no kids, and I work as a postman; though what I want to be is an author, but it's kinda tricky that one! I live in Leicester, slap bang in the middle of England.
Out of CoX, I play all sorts of PC and PS2 games cos I like to keep things varied (it's the spice of life, so I've been told!) so you're as likely to see me playing Tekken or GranTurismo as you are Oblivion or Total War. In fact I enjoy gaming in general and will often have friends around for a board game and once upon a time, pre-broadband, I played a lot of Play By Mail games, most notably Starglobe, The Hunting II and Middle Earth PBM.
Also like writing (natch) and reading, mainly fantasy, sci-fi, humour and thrillers, so especially like Tolkien (though not much new stuff from him recently  ), Donaldson, Pratchett, Deaver and Patterson... though currently reading The Vesuvius Club by Mark Gatiss of League of Gentlemen fame. Not got far into it, but fun so far! I'm also (I like to think) a bit of a film buff, Citizen Kane and Star Wars battling it out regularly in my prime affections (and YES, I know, SW isn't a GOOD film, but it is a GREAT film, if you get my meaning).
Oh yes, and I like malt whiskys. All contributions gratefully received!
