I to think they should have their own room with little train sets, padded walls and fluffy bunnies well monkeys would be more appropriate. Call it the FGM pre-skool for delinquints(sp) 
I'm all for the bar being added and a wine cellar. Oh and a torture dungeon for my own personal usage....

Big thankies to Janet for a steller job on the base! Its almost completed but is looking fabulous and all the storage etc is in one handy place now thank you!
